What We do
CASE is a social entrepreneurship support organisation operating through three integrated focus areas that drive community transformation: Capacity Building, Grassroots Innovation Support, and Social Transformation Initiatives.
Capacity Building
Faith-rooted training programs including Business Acceleration, Leadership Training, and Training of Trainers programs to create multiplying effects.
Grassroots Innovation Support

3Zero Club Initiative
Empowering youth to create impact: Zero Carbon Emissions, Zero Poverty, Zero Unemployment
The CASE 3Zero Club Initiative is a transformative, youth-led social innovation programme inspired by the vision of Nobel Peace Laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus. It empowers young people through youth social innovation in Africa, equipping them to confront the continent’s most pressing issues, climate change, inequality, and youth unemployment, through sustainable social business and grassroots leadership.
Underdog Innovations
Supporting Entrepreneurs in Marginalised Communities
This is a grassroots innovation programme supporting entrepreneurs in informal settlements like Korogocho, Huruma, and Dandora. Designed to promote entrepreneurship in informal settlements, the initiative helps aspiring business leaders build inclusive and impactful social ventures.


Faith-driven Entrepreneurship Training
Integrating faith in social innovation and entrepreneurship
Our Faith driven Entrepreneurial Training program combines Christian principles with practical business education, helping participants launch and grow ethical, sustainable enterprises. This initiative reflects CASE’s commitment to faith-based business development and economic justice.

Social Enterprise Research in Africa
Research plays a central role in CASE’s strategy. We conduct social enterprise research in Africa to support evidence based decision and policy advocacy. Our consultancy services empower NGOs, churches, and community groups to evaluate, refine, and scale their programs.

AACOSE Conference
The Annual Africa Social Entrepreneurship Conference
The Annual Africa Conference on Social Entrepreneurship (AACOSE) is one of Africa’s largest gatherings of change-makers and social innovators. Co-organized by CASE, AACOSE promotes collaboration, learning, and advocacy for inclusive economic models and African-led social enterprise solutions.
